Jason, Dispatcher
Jason has worked with TowBoatU.S. for eight years in the marine assistance area. This guy is the muscle in our salvage team! He is also an avid basketball player, who, despite his age (mid 30s) still manages to play a little semi-pro ball. You can catch Jason in our office on Walsingham Road on most days.

Terri, Afternoon Dispatcher
Teri has worked with TowBoatU.S. for five years. She's the local area expert for the Tarpon Springs, Port Richey and Hudson areas. She's the friendly voice you hear at the other end of the radio! When Teri is not dispatching, she is a fully involved mother of two.

Captain Larry Tieman, Managing Member
Captain Larry has a USCG Masters with towing, fourteen years experience in business, and is a USAF Retired Colonel and Command Pilot. He began his career with TowBoatU.S. in May 2000 when he founded American Marine Services, LLC with ports in Tarpon Springs, Port Richey, Hernando Beach and Crystal River. See him on the water around Johns Pass in a 27’ World Cat.

Linda Tieman, Director of Administration, Fill-in Dispatcher, AKA The Boss
Linda is one of the founding members of American Marine Services and brings true heart to the organization!

Captain Clayton Tieman, Chief Operating Officer
Captain Clayton has his USCG Masters License with towing and thirteen years of experience in the marine assistance business. He acts as the lead Dive Master and Salvor for TowBoatU.S. and is the technocrat responsible for keeping our office computers and ROIP/VOIP circuits running for our high site radios. Clayton came to the company with an Undergraduate Degree from USF in computer science.

Captain Chris Casey, Director of Operations
USCG Masters License with towing, eighteen years in the business. Former USCG navigator. Past operations director for the Tampa Bay yellow fellow. Master Salvor. Well rounded mariner very knowledgeable in power and sailing vessels.

Captain Bill Clark, Director of Maintenance
Captain Bill has his USCG Masters License with towing and ten years experience in the marine assistance business. Bill is our MacGyver who can fix anything that is broken and who keeps our fleet running. He acts as an on Duty Manager and Salvage Master and has been a marine professional in various capacities for over twenty years. See him on the water in the Clearwater area in a 27’ World Cat.

Captain Josh Cravens, Full Time Mechanic
Joined our team in December 2013. Six years experience as a Honda mechanic and new to the marine business.

Libby Breivogel, Director of Marketing
Libby is a recent addition to the TowBoatU.S. team, hailing from Evansville, Indiana. She received her Undergraduate Degree in Advertising from Murray State University with a minor emphasis in Graphic Design. Libby began her career interning for K-Squared Designs in Murray, Kentucky, and in the Creative Brand Marketing Department for JCPenney Corporation. She’s now the marketing and advertising coordinator for the TowBoatU.S. Tampa Bay to Cedar Key operation.
